Saints warming up as the stadium fills

This photo makes it look like the view wasn't too brilliant. We were at the back of the top tier, but we were a lot closer than it appears here. The stadium isn't huge, and we actually had an excellent view. Saints would go on to beat Hull Kingston Rovers 50 points to nil! B-)

The Woodman Inn

This was our base for the Semi-Final Weekend. Nice food, good beer (real ale!) and excellent service. The bathroom could have done with a little bit of refurbishment, but nothing really to complain of.

This is my bike's little top-box full up for our weekend away in Huddersfield for the Challenge Cup semi-final.

Absolutely beautiful lily. This is in a pot near our back door. It's actually got two flowers now, but I thought I'd take this close-up, to show the detail on the petals.The scent's fantastic. A-choo!

Mike on holiday

While we were all sweltering in the heat, D managed to find some rain, and took this photo of herself to prove it. She doesn't like this photo because it's 'unflattering', but I think the smile says it all.
